Since 16.3 update my ApplePay won’t verify

Ive just updated my iPhone to 16.3 and now it’s saying my bank card which I’ve used for ages needs to be verified by my bank.

Ive spent 2 hours on the phone to them and they don’t know why it needs to be verified as all my details are up to date and there’s currently nothing they can do. I’m waiting to hear back from their tech support in the next couple of days.

I’ve deleted the card and re-added it. I’ve powered my phone on/off but it’s still not able to verify. What’s going on? Barclays Bank honestly don’t know what’s going on
