Hi krystle258,

We'd like to share some suggestions to help you with removal and unpairing of the Apple Watch. You can follow the steps below to remove the device from the account:

  1. "Turn off the device, or put AirPods in their case. The device must be offline before you can remove it from the Devices list.
  2. In Find Devices on iCloud.com, click All Devices, then select the device you want to remove.
  3. If you don’t see All Devices, it’s because you’ve already selected a device. Click the name of the current device in the center of the Find Devices toolbar to see the Devices list, then select a new device.
  4. Click Remove from Account."

You can choose erase and removal from your account if you need to. In addition to this, you can go to the Watch app on the iPhone that was paired with and if you see the Apple Watch under All Watches you can tap the "I " and Unpair Apple Watch. We hope this helps you achieve what you needed.
