Snapchat disabled on Apple iPhone

My daughters Snapchat account has been disabled on her iPhone. She can still access her account on her iPad. Snapchat say this is temporary as she forgot her password and had too many login attempts. Is there a way to reinstate or how long is Snapchats temporary?

Can’t access snapchat on my phone i can’t seem to use snapchat on my phone but if i use another device then i can, my account has been temporarily disabled since 8 September and I contacted snapchat twice but i still can’t access my Snapchat account if I violated the terms of snapchat i will make sure to not do it again
