APP2 Connection issue

Hello there, I upgraded to APP2 from APP1 2 days before and I´m having an issue when I'm listening to songs from Spotify with active ANC sometimes the audio is silent for 3-5 seconds and after that everything comes back to normal.


The same issue happens to me on APP1.

I tried to reset the APP it didn't help me.

Also, I tried to listen on my MacBook Pro 13´´ and the issue happening also on my MacBook.


Can anyone help me with it?

We understand you're experiencing a brief moment of silence when playing a song on Spotify with ANC enabled. You mentioned this is happening with Spotify specifically, but do you notice it with anything else or is the issue isolated to this particular app? If so, check to be certain it's fully updated and if all else fails, you may want to check with Spotify support or else reinstall the app.
