Outlook 365 app sent messages no longer in my SENT folder, but are in the web version

I've never had my sent messages not show up in the Outlook 365 app's sent folder, but suddenly last night, they stopped appearing. I can only find them in the Web sent folder. Does anyone have any idea how I can get them back into the app version? I'm using the latest macbook air, ventura OS.

‼️FIX for Missing SEND LATER folder in Mail After literally 2 hours in both Chat and on the phone with Apple Support, I finally was able to get my elusive Send Later mailbox to appear. Even though it should've appeared automatically, it sometimes doesn't, and you have to add it to Favorites. While in Apple Mail on your Mac, hover the cursor above the grayed out Favorites at the very top of the sidebar, and you'll see a + option. Click on the +, and a window will pop up giving you the option to Add a Mailbox. Use the up/down menu to the right, and choose Send Later. Click OK. The Send Later mailbox should then "magically" appear right below your Flagged folder. I hope this helps some people from the frustration I experienced!

Missing scheduled send later mails Hi, my scheduled Send Later mails are not showing in the sent folder. This means that I have no way of knowing if the email was sent or not. Checking my Account settings in - Settings - Accounts - "the email account" - Mailbox Behaviours The Send Mailbox is set as "INBOX/Sent Messages" but when I change the setting to "Sent" it will change back to INBOX/Sent Messages in a few seconds. Now the fun part, I have no access to INBOX/Sent Messages and when I try to set up a Sent Messages folder I can't as the folder already exists. How do I fix the behaviour and/or access INBOX/Sent Messages? By the way this issue does not happen with Gmail, only my paid for email accounts and iCloud mail. J Ventura 13.3.1(a) Mail 16

Solved my own problem by re-installing the app.
