Store staff gave me wrong product

I have bought smart folio for my 11 inch iPad Pro 4th generation from apple store which is in Dubai. However, I noticed the product store staff gave me is not compatible, it is for 1, 2 and 3 rd generation iPad Pro. I learnt that return is valid for 14 days, but I am in türkiye now. Is there any chance to change my product with compatible one in türkiye?

iPad Pro- Australia Apple Store Bought a brand new iPad Pro 11 inch from Apple Store Chadstone VIC Australia In the web site they advertise iPad Pro 6th generation with M2 chip but instead I received iPad Pro 4th generation at the same price. Could you please explain this issue? Thanks

Apple sent me the wrong device, but I had not realized it until after a year A year ago, I ordered a 12.9-inch iPad Pro on Apple's online store. After I had gotten it, I did not think to check the model in Settings due to them looking very similar, and so just recently, I found out that my device is actually the less pricey 11-inch iPad Pro. I do not expect to be able to get the device I had initially ordered and paid for, but is there at least a way I can get the excess money back? Thanks.

Not that I know of; check with Apple in your country. Explain the circumstances and see if it can be done.
