Store staff gave me wrong product

I have bought smart folio for my 11 inch iPad Pro 4th generation from apple store which is in Dubai. However, I noticed the product store staff gave me is not compatible, it is for 1, 2 and 3 rd generation iPad Pro. I learnt that return is valid for 14 days, but I am in türkiye now. Is there any chance to change my product with compatible one in türkiye?
