The email announcing this terrific enhancement has a button saying “get your custom plan”. When touching it, it goes to Apple Fitness+ but there is no option to build a custom plan. the interface that is shown in the apple on-line instructions does not appear. You need to log in to your Target Account at Target.com and redeem the offer, then link your Apple ID to it.
