Upgrade from Monterey to Ventura? (Mac Mini 2018)

I currently have Monterey 12.0.1. Can I upgrade directly to Ventura 13.2? Or do I need to first update to Monterey 12.6.3 and THEN upgrade to Ventura?

Mac mini, macOS 10.13

It is highly recommended that you update your existing macOS version to the latest, BEFORE upgrading to a new one. This will help insure the least amount of problems for you.
