Red notification badge won't dissapear from apple wallet app no matter what I try.

A red notification badge with "1" is stuck on my apple wallet app. I have tried pretty much everything. There are no cards to verify, no information to add, nothing to update. I've removed and re added every single card, disabled and reenabled apple pay cash, disabled and reenabled notifications, soft reset, normal reset, power off and then waited and then power back on, uninstalled and reinstalled the apple wallet app. Literally nothing will make this badge go away. I'm on ios 16 on an iphone 14 plus.
