Disable info pop up on Photos

How to get rid of annoying info pop up on Photos?

Apparently you cannot do this, but there is a workaround. The pop-up only appears when you use your finger to try to move up (not down) on a photo. However, at the bottom of the info pop-up is a little bar that you can use to close 3/4 of the info pop up - permanently. Then if you hold your finger down on the remaining info pop up you can remove it to the most unnoticeable corner of your screen.

P.S. 20 years ago I switched from PC to Apple because Microsoft allowed you to do 50,000 things which nobody but geeks cared about and knew how to do, while Apple let you do the 16 things that you most wanted to do. Unfortunately, Apple has now moved into the Microsoft business mode, and what is worse, 20 somethings presume to tell you what you need and want to do
