I am trying to sign out of my child’s IPad so their school can load on some software.
The option is greyed out and states that sign out is not available due to restrictions.
I have turned off content and privacy restrictions as advised in another post, but still am unable to sign out.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Checking Screen Time restrictions was a great place to start. Since there are no restrictions there and you mentioned that this is an iPad used for school, there may be a profile from the school that is preventing changes. You may need to check with a school admin to determine how to proceed. The information from Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone helps explain further. Keep in mind that it would not be recommended that you delete any profiles but can use that guidance to check as to whether any are installed.

No, the school has not put any software on the phone, that is not the problem.
I ended up resetting the Ipad.
