how am i able to remove this from my system? I see that in my system information it says it’s installed on the installations tab and whenever i try finding the folder it’s not there. I didn’t download this i let my cousin borrow it and now it’s stuck there. Is there a way i can remove it?

That list is what was installed, not what is currently installed. I don’t think there is a way to edit the list.
Much of the information is not an actual list, but generated by examining some items on the Mac and compiling the results into what is displayed.

If the user can not find the " Photoshop " in the Applications folder but what to explore if an remnants of Photoshop remain on the computer.

I can’t tell you what is or is not currently installed on your Mac. That list in System Information doesn’t tell you that, either.
The two highlighted items are a patch to Photoshop. If Photoshop is not in your Applications folder, it is probably not installed anymore.
