A2408 - Iphone 12 PRO (China Model)

Hi everyone,

I live in France and I cannot figure out what are the differences with Europe model A2407.

I understand some light differences on netword bands.

But I read that Facetime audio and Wifi calling are disabled - is it true?

Is there any other feature disabled? deactivated?

If yes, by updating with ios from France, will it unlock the features?

Facetime issues on IOS 16 Facetime video calls are not working ok on IOS 16 on my iphone 13 pro max. When I try to switch a voice call to a facetime video call, answer a facetime video call or most of the times when initiating a facetime video call, the phone is forcing LTE despite my Wifi is just fine! Wifi Assist is Off. The only way to have facetime use the wifi connection and not force the phone to LTE is to disable Cellular Data completely! I have reported this back in the public beta days and nothing!

WhatsApp call issue in locked mode on iPhone 14 with iOS 18.2.1 Hello, I recently purchased an iPhone 14 from a well known outlet in Sweden and ended up in a problem while using WhatsApp. I am not able to receive WhatsApp call when the phone is in locked mode after whatever duration that is selectable from Settings->Display & Brightness->Auto-Lock menu. This happens irrespective of if I switch to home Wi-Fi or the data in Sim. I upgraded my iOS to 18.2.1 and tried all the recommendations including upgrading WhatsApp and all that is normally available in google including resetting network settings a few times. Still the problem is there. Any suggestion how to solve it. Many thanks. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
