macOS Ventura: Some Hidden Apps Quit after Sleep Including one of Apple's Apps

I have macOS Ventura and ever since installing it, some hidden apps quit after sleep. I keep several apps open and hide them. Well when the laptop goes to sleep, it quits some of them including Apple's own Reminders app. The other apps that it does this too are Parcel, Paprika, and Font Explorer X Pro. But only these for me. I have several others I keep open and hide and it doesn't quit them.

The curious thing is, if I don't hide those apps but keep them open on my screen and put the laptop to sleep, it won't quit them. This only happens if they are hidden.

I've sent a bug report to Apple and was hoping that this was going to be fixed in the latest 13.2 update but it was not.

I know that question marks problem, as well. While it is related to FontExplorer X Pro, it means your font cache has become corrupted. This happens when you run Font Explorer X Pro simultaneously with Adobe CC apps. The remedy is to delete your font cache and reboot, which can be done via command line with the Terminal app. Details here: https://gist.github.com/jaredhowland/2da83f0cc0fbb1ac523f

I think the unannounced quitting problem with hidden apps is something different. It has only begun happening for me in Ventura. The corrupted font cache has been happening to me through last three or four macOS versions.
