Adding Microsoft Exchange Internet account not working - Ventura 13.2

I can't add a Microsoft Exchange Account to Internet Accounts on new MBP. Setting up MBP from scratch. All office apps are installed and authenticated to our 365 tenant. Outlook has the Exchange account listed in Accounts. I need to sync Exchange contacts to the MacOS Contacts app. System Settings - Internet Accounts - Add Account - Microsoft Exchange - input e-mail address - Click Sign In - Click Sign In on next screen - window opens

Normally this window would allow you to put in your credentials and authenticate to 365 Exchange, however the window is blank.

This is NOT a Microsoft issue. I can login to 365 every which way successfully.

I have Safari as the default browser. I have cleared all the cache...

Anybody know how to get MacOS to allow 365 to be authenticated and added to Internet Accounts.

Solution found.

This seems to be a some kind of Mac DNS issue. I was always able to login to M365 via a browser (any browser), but when attempting to add M365/Outlook to an account list (for example System Settings - Internet Accounts - Add Account - Microsoft Exchange) I would consistently get the screen above.

Long story about how this was discovered, but our internal DNS was pointing to our ADFS server's internal IP address which was accessed via an IPSec Tunnel from our office to our AWS environment. Changing our internal DNS to our ADFS server's public IP fixed this issue. I can't explain why this would be the case, but it is.

Hope this helps others.
