ONLY the Apple Photo App not printing, no errors

We are a school that primarily uses iPads and have several Airprint Printers set up. Occasionally some of our Students cannot print Photos, and we narrowed it down to the Apple Photo App. It is not the network or Printers, as if you print from ANY other app it prints fine.

This also happens on the latest iOS 16.2 update. We cannot pinpoint the reason this is happening and would like some help

the printers we are using are Canon iR-ADV C3525 and iR-ADV C5550

iPad range from Air 3's to 8th Gen iPads to IPad Pros 4th Gen, it randomly affects all.

iPad Pro, 11-inch, 4th Gen, Wi-Fi

Hello Tyrannomac,

Be sure to try updating the affected iPad devices to the latest iPadOS version, which is iPadOS 16.3 as of this week. This page can out with updating, which will ensure the device uses the latest improvements: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If there are profiles (Settings > General > VPN & Device Management) or Screen Time enabled, check to see if these have any restrictions enabled.
