The contents of that download package installer date from 2015 and based on that date, very likely incompatible with any release of macOS after El Capitan (10.11.6) and especially Catalina and later that require 64-bit drivers.


HP has not released any drivers for this device since El Capitan, and it is not supported by Apple's AirPrint.
