What you cannot download?

If you cannot download apps from the App Store, see this link and follow the instructions provided

If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If your Apple ID is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, please Contact - Official Apple Support for help as there is something wrong with your account that cannot be fixed at your end
