Can I set my iCloud up to automatically download files on my iPad?

How can I ask to iCloud, to automatically down load all documents and files, on my iPad, as it is on my MacBook? I’d like to have all this files always available when off line.

thanks

Thanks for reaching out Davide Galluzzi,

It sounds like you want to extend the Desktop and Documents functionality of your Mac to your iPad as well. We can help.

A great resource you can check out is Add your Desktop and Documents files to iCloud Drive which recommends the following:

Find your Desktop and Documents files on all of your devices

When you add your Desktop and Documents to iCloud Drive, all of your files move to iCloud and any new files you create are automatically stored in iCloud too. Then you can find your files on all of your devices.
Your files upload to iCloud each time your device connects to the internet. Depending on your internet speed, the time it takes for you to see your files on your other devices might vary.

On your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
You can find the files in the Files app. You can use any compatible app to access and edit your files directly on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Learn how to use the Files app

Hope that helps.

Take care.
