How do I keep the Apple Watch screen on all the time?

If the SE has "Always On" technology:


From your watch, go into Settings, Display & Brightness, scroll half way down then click on Always On, then slide the the toggle on the next screen.


From your phone, go into the Watch app, Display & Brightness, click on Always On, then slide the toggle on the next screen.


If your watch screen stays on already but doesn't stay bright, this is how it is supposed to work or your battery would be depleted very quickly.


Edit: One more thing. In the control center of your watch, there are two masks. Are those masks highlighted? If so, you're watch is in Theater Mode. Just click the masks and things will return to normal.
