Anyone know how to schedule wake up and sleep settings in Ventura? Other OS's had it and it apparently is not available in Ventura.

It's now done thru the Terminal with this command:
sudo pmset repeat wake/shutdown M 8:00:00: (Schedule your Mac to wake at 8:00 a.m. every Monday)
sudo pmset repeat [type] [day] [time]
Type = wake / shutdown
Day = MTWThFSSu
Time = X:XX:XX 24 hr clock
This Apple document describes it in more detail: Schedule your Mac to turn on or off in Terminal - Apple Support (AM)

Type = wake / shutdown should be Type = wake or shutdown
So you'd have to enter a shutdown command also.
It looks to me like that schedules wake up. What about shut down? I have only. used terminal a few times so would you please be more specific regarding the schedule.
Thank you
