Apple One with T-Mobile Included Apple TV+

I subscribe to Apple One. Last month I upgraded my plan and it now includes Apple TV+. In my subscriptions, both services are listed, but under Apple TV+ it says that I will not be double charged and I will receive a prorated refund, but I have not. I have been chatting with support and I have been on the phone for a while and they can’t figure this out. I can’t be the only one with this scenario- wondering if anyone else successfully set this up.

  • It says that Apple One starts with a one month free trial for services that you haven’t used before. Current Apple TV+ subscribers should figure in one month overlap for a seamless transition. The double subscription (Apple TV+ as separate subscription) will be canceled automatically after the Apple One trial period.
  • It says the Apple One (after the trial if used Apple TV+ before) includes Apple TV+, and any unused portion of your current paying Apple TV+ subscription (part of a month, or remainder of annual subscription) will be refunded.
  • It doesn’t say that the Apple One subscribers gets double discounts from third party offers and Apple’s own bundle discount. If you have talked to Apple Support about this, then you have been given their conclusions. Nothing said on this forum changes that.
