Uber Eats UK ApplePay Refund

I recently received two full refunds for food purchased from Uber Eats UK by ApplePay. These are listed as refunded in my Apple Wallet but have not appeared in my bank account. I’m with Nationwide. Is it correct that it can take Apple up to 30 days to move this money into my bank account? Surely this can’t be right and is a major flaw in using ApplePay?!
