How to detect if malicious software is installed on my iPhone?

I am a Nurse in Alabama. Many of the hospitals I work for use stalking software to monitor what nurses do when they are not at work. I don't leave my phone laying around. How is it getting installed? More importantly how can I detect when its installed?

For quite some time now I have conversations with family that I have co-workers repeat back to me verbatim the next day. At first it was super eery, now it's just super annoying. There are software console like PhoneSpector that claim to install over the air with no physical access to the device now. I don't understand how these softwares can exist if it is not supposed to happen.

Also Infragard has back end access to the cellular network that does not require a warrant to spy on a private citizens device.

Also, my Unit Manager at University, is the one doing this.

You do realize, don't you, that that link is from a website for a particular commercial software application and is designed to scare you into paying money for the software?

I sense a little hostility here. I am not angry about this stuff. But I know what I have experienced. There have been people that knew things that I have only spoken to my wife only before going to bed and quietly. I am not saying that I am a target of Pegasus software. But some how, someone has had access to my device to either record audio and or read my texts. No one has explained the proliferation of over the air software that claim to be able to install with zero input from the user. I imagine they are staying in business for some reason. I guess I can buy it myself and post here and let you know how it goes.

Then you must be projecting. I'm trying to point out that you appear to be getting your information from sources who want to scare you into believing things so that they can make money off of you.

The key word there is "claim". Yes, there are lots of companies that claim lots of things..... so that they scare you into buying their products.
