Not hearing callers using CarPlay

I’ve read that other users are having the same issue as me. I’ve been using CarPlay in my 2022 Kia Telluride for about a year with no issues. A few days ago I stopped being able to hear callers. My vehicle shows that a call is coming in, I answer through CarPlay, and then the vehicle shows that I’m on an active call. The caller can hear me but I cannot hear them. I’ve repaired the device, turned my phone off/on. I’ve turned Bluetooth off. Any other suggestions?
