Spectrum mobile iPhone 13 Pro
I'm using iPhone 13 Pro on Spectrum mobile. But as I had network issues, called to Sepctrum & they are saying my device not compatbile with Spectrum.
Can I know why so & what to do next?

Not sure why they would say that, if they themselves sell iPhone 13s. There's no real reason it should be incompatible.
Perhaps call again, and ask to speak to a manager and tell them you were told your iPhone 13 Pro was incompatible with their service.
