Invalid Region Number - Every Project, Every Time I Change Tracks

I'm having an issue where I'll start a project, and every single time, at a certain point in the project, I'll get an error message that says Invalid Region Number when I load a new track. After this, I get the same error message every time I select a new track, even if it's an old one I've already loaded.

I'm working from a template, so all my tracks are already there, I'm just activating them in the session by clicking on the track. I haven't noticed any pattern in which tracks/plugins might be causing the issue; like I said, it happens with every track on this computer only- I have a second computer which I use regularly, and use the same template, but I've never once gotten this error message on that computer.

I have tested this with tracks with 3rd party plugins loaded and Logic native plugins like Alchemy, and it happens either way.

I'm using a 2019 Mac Pro, running OS 12.6, LPX Version 10.7.6

Mac Pro, macOS 12.6

I have also encountered this error. In my case, it was only being triggered by selecting tracks with no regions on them while having the Audio Track Editor window open. Closing that window solved the issue for me.
