What can I do if my phone is stock on the apple logo
Plugged the phone in to charge and it’s stock on the apple logo it won’t load

There are only 2 possible results:
1) The phone returns to normal operation
2) The phone has a hardware problem and will require attention at the Apple Store or authorized Apple Service shop
An iPhone 7 Plus might as much as 6-7 years old, and it cannot handle the latest iOS 16 system, so it might be time to start thinking about a new phone.
