Re-order songs/entries within a playlist, in Apple Music app?

Is there a way to re-order song entries in a Playlist, within the UI, in Apple Music? I can't seem to do this, and I'm puzzled.

I tried this on iOS and I can't do it there, either.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.6

If a playlist is sorted by Play Order then you should be able to manually drag tracks up or down the list.
