i just updated my apple watch ultra to 9.3 but when i went on a outdoor run today, it wasn't recording my heart rate and automatically locks the watch screen. how should i get the full outdoor run active tracking capability back?

That's weird. It sounds like the watch thinks it is no longer on your wrist. That can happen if the watch isn't snug against your wrist. I had to tighten my band a notch to get pulse rate to work all the time. Some people tighten it for workouts, then loosen it after.
