You can only install older Pages updates for the operating system they are intended and the versions that were supported. If you installed Pages v5 or later from the Mac App Store since Oct 2013, then on the older operating system (your profile shows High Sierra), you can launch the Mac App Store and sign in with the identical Apple ID that you used to last install Pages from the Mac App Store.

In High Sierra, press the option key while you click the Purchased toolbar item on the Mac App Store application. If Pages appears with an Install/Update button, then click that. You may receive one or more dialogs. Do not click Cancel on either and the last dialog will offer to install the last compatible version of Pages for macOS High Sierra. That should be Pages v8.1. If you have an older version of Pages installed than the minimum version requirement (v7.3) for High Sierra, then the installation may fail until you remove the older, incompatible Pages version.

If you never installed Pages since Oct 2013 from the Mac App Store, then there is no means to get an older version of Pages.
