I checked all the Notifications settings and all the recommended fixes for it but haven’t figured out why I am still getting no notifications. I don’t have focus on I checked all apps reset settings and reset phone many times and still nothing.

Do you seem to be experiencing this issue with notifications for a specific app, or does it seem to impact all apps?
Are you seeing the notifications in Notification Center but not hearing the sounds, or not getting any notifications at all?
Is your iPhone fully up to date? If not, could you update using these steps and see if the issue continues: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Confirming all of that can help further narrow down what may be happening.
