MacBook with Notch: Hide and show Menu Bar for specific apps

I know there have been discussions about this already, but I can't find a specific solution to my problem.

I prefer to have the menu bar always visible in most apps, such as Chrome, Premiere Pro, etc...

But for some apps, I'd much rather have the menu bar hidden. for example, safari when cause I use it to play a lot of videos.

One solution I found is to enable the scale below the camera option in "get info" for each app. But for apps like chrome, that setting not only shrinks the top of the fullscreen window, it also creates a black bar around the content at the bottom, left, and right.

Is there a way so that I can show and hide menu bar with specific apps without shrinking the entire content?

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.2
