New Solo3 beats not resetting

My niece solo3 (rose gold) beats started to randomly disconnect from her phone and tablet or not seem like hold a charge now as of today it does now want to reset (holding down the power button and volume down button). When pressing the power, volume up, center button does nothing. But pressing the volume down button in its own, the headphones seem to do the cycle as it it was resetting and allow a device to connect to it but it either 1- allow to connect but disconnect after a minute or 2- times out and not let anyone to connect to it. (Times out).


Now when I connect it a set of lightning cable aux only comes out the left speaker.

Make sure you are following the steps to reset the Beats Solo3 outlined in the Apple Support how-to article on it here: Reset your Beats on-ear or over-ear headphones - Apple Support, as described below:


  1. Hold down the volume down button and the power button for 10 seconds.
Solo 3 Wireless buttons

2. When the Fuel Gauge flashes, release the buttons. 

Your headphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.
