Photos App: Photo Info

Can I somehow correct photo information for a specific photo in the

Photos app (Get Info)? I have a photo that indicates it was taken in

2035, so it always shows up as the most recent photo.

MacBook Pro 15″, 12.6

To change the data and time of a photo in Photos for Mac, select the photo, then go to the menu

Image > Adjust Date and Time.

Now change the date you are seeing in the line "Adjusted".

You may also want to check the "Closest City" at the bottom of the panel. Make sure, the selected Time Zone strip and the closest city correspond to the Time Zone the camera has been set to, when you took the photo.

Then click "Adjust".

When you select several photos at once, the dates of all selected photos will be corrected by the same offset.
