Family share TomTom go

I have family subscription and have shared with family members.

when other family members download then TomTom & go through the process of starting app which includes tapping on one month subscription I get an oops something went wrong.

after tapping one month a pop up says you have family subscription then the oops pops up.

how do I do this😥😭
