How do I check how much I owe to apple so I can download apps again.

This document says, "If a purchase can't be charged to any of your payment methods, your account has a negative balance." I would think that would show in Check your Apple Account balance - Apple Support

Hello ~ Go ahead an contact support as this is Apple’s way to let you know that there may be an issue with your account.


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'


Contact through link or by going to lower left and click on Support or:


Contact Apple for support and service


If you are seeing that message you will have to contact Apple Support as you can’t fix it yourself and they can let you know.
