Apple Music Recently Played display settings/UX notes for developers

I recently updated my os to Monterey (iTunes is now called music 😢). So now when I click on an album on the 'recently added' page, it redirects me to another page with just that album instead of having the songs display underneath on the 'recently added' page.

How do I change the settings, so the album expands downward on the same page rather than redirecting me to a new page? It makes perusing your library more arduous, where you have to know what you're looking for. Imagine flipping through records and instead of simply pulling the album out and looking at the back, you now have to pull the interior sleeve of the record out just to look at the songs—annoying right?

Give more display options; why even have View/'Show View Options' when there are no options?

It would also be nice to be able to choose the previous album display (cronological rather than the non-library apple music overview mode. Simple is better, that used to be the apple montra.

Also also, why isn't there a library filter for favorited ❤️ songs? (yes there is now a 'sort by' tab, but that then nixes your ability to sort by any other category)
