I'm going through a nasty divorce. I need text messages as evidence. Is there a 3rd party app that makes it easy to download text messages as a pdf? When I print or print to file it doesn't show who the other party is and it's not very user friendly. Also, pictures show up black. Taking and printing screenshots are also not very user friendly. I need a better way to do this either on my iphone or macbook. Thanks in advance!

From the Mac, you can just copy and paste the text into Pages then print it out, or Save as . . .
Finder -> Apps -> Messages -> select a messages -> copy -> paste to xxx.
If you have multiple messages, you must select, copy & paste per message.
You can also use a 3rd party app (for macOS and Windows OS), such as iMazing.
It's a paid app.
