Hey! I have restored my iMac from 2013, and now updated it to "mac OS Catalina 10.15.7"
But when I try to download logic pro x from the appstore which I bought a long time ago, it says that I must have "mac OS 12.3" or later.
But I have...don't I?
Please someone help me!

Log in to the App Store.
Find your User name in the bottom of the left panel.
Click that and you should be presented with a list of Purchased apps.
From there you should be able to download a version of Logic Pro that is compatible with your current version of macOS.

No, you don't have macOS 12 Monterey. To get a Catalina compatible version, open the App Store, click on your name at the bottom left which will open "Purchased". Scroll through the list to find Logic Pro X and click on the download icon.
