Thank you very much, however I cannot access Reddit at the moment, ASC is the best I can do at the moment.
I am in a situation where I cannot access YouTube, Reddit, discord, or any other communities, or videos. I can only rely on the apple support communities for my issue, I can only rely on you guys. Are there any other people that may know the answer to my problem?
I wanted to put either a global password on all my apps or Individual ones. Both are fine, I just want a way where when you click an app a prompt will come up to ask for input. If you type the correct words, or numbers you will go in the app.

You can't do that unless the app developer specifically coded that functionality into the app itself.
You can, however put a passcode on the phone that is required to open anything.
So far all I have learned is that Im able to create a shortcut to open an app like for example if I made a shortcut to open safari, then made the image of the shortcut safari’s image, and added it to my home screen, it would look like the safari app. Then I can put a lock on that so they have to get the right password, but there is an easy way to get around that. Just swipe down and search safari in your app search. The real safari app won’t have a passcode. I wanna find a way to get the passcode of the real safari, if still even after this I’ll just have to really try somewhere else, as the support communities seem to be not as good as I thought.
As you were already told, YOU CAN'T DO THAT. The app developer would have to explicitly code that functionality into their app.
You can beat your head against the wall trying to figure out how to do it if you want, but that won't alter reality.
Behemoth ~ I don't think it's possible, but consider asking on this Shortcuts sub-Reddit — it has many more Shortcuts experts than here on ASC.

Some more details may help... Why do you want to put a password on your apps? A global password, or one for each app? ...And any other details.

Okay, thanks. I’ll just try to find the closest answer to my problem another way.
