My iPhone 12 shows all settings to be correct, but it does not vibrate, I even went to the Tmobile store and they gave up. they said it may have to be returned to Apple for service!
The phone has latest soffware and was restarted several time to no avail.
Found solution on YouTube; settings; ringtone; then scroll up to vibration, was set on default, changed to different tune.
