REMOTE ERASE

I locked a iMac and remote erased. Now it just shows a circle with a line through it. Do I need to take it in? It's not giving an option to enter the pin and on iCloud the only option was to delete from account. PLEASE HELP :-/

Bought used M1 MB Air, locked by previous owner's company So I'm a dummy and bought a used macbook air on FB marketplace. To clean install the os, I did a wipe/erase everything install just in case. However, once I was at the re-install mac screen, I realized it was remote managed by the previous owner's employer (or worse) and now I have a bricked mac because I don't have their "sysman" login credentials. Is there a way to remove all of that and remove all mdm/remote management etc so I can just have a clean mac? Or do I need to contact the company? Please help, or this is a lesson hard learned. TIA

macOS Sonoma on macbook pro indicates remote management this mac is owned by tech data corporation. I need to disable this are there any easy answers I have a Macbook Pro 2019 13" which has worked perfect since purchased. I recently upgraded to Mac OS Sonoma and it worked fine, I have a number of macs and have been working on the others and last worked on this mac 2 days ago. Today when I tried to log in the mac desktop appeared as usual but then a splash screen came on top indicating Remote Management this Mac is owned by Tech Data Corporation. Clicking on a more details I get a message indicating the mac is stolen. I have a second admin account on this mac that I can log into it works fine and I have created another temp admin account which also works fine however my main user account I am unable to access. I do have a time machine back up of the mac taken before the Sonoma upgrade. Reading the internet its not looking an easy fix and may have to delete the user account and create a new one.

You can usually recover with command-option-shift-R at startup on a wired keyboard as long as the machine is newer than July 22, 2011 and you have a wired internet connection.
