iPhone 14 pro max freezes

My iPhone freezes most of the time the screen is not responsive and it’s super slow. It takes a couple of minutes before it comes to normal operation and I am running up to date software. IOS. 16.3. It’s really annoying anyone else is experiencing? I hope the iPhone can come up with another update to fix this issue because it’s really annoying.
