How can I find a human to help with support?

My apple account has the correct phone number but Apple does not recognize it when I try to get to the paperwork to make a return.

Incorrect phone Number during account recovery Hello, I have recently bought a new phone. I wanted to log into my Apple ID. To log in properly I have to receive either a code or phone call that will allow me to continue. But my ID is attached to my old number to which I have no access. So I’m trying to send a code to my current number. But the problem is that it won’t go through. Apple is saying that the number is incorrect even though it is. I’ve tried it on several devices. I have no other options. I went to different apple services but no one was able to help me. Did someone had the same problem and could help me with this issue. Thank you in advance

Unable to access my Apple Account without the phone number associated to it i am trying to get into an apple account of mine and the phone number associated with the account no longer is in service and every time I try it wants the old phone number is there a place I can go to put in a recovery key to access that account and change the information within it? Cannot verify phone number My number that’s was already associated with my Apple ID got disconnected this morning and now when I try to reconnect it. It just says “this apple Id is already in use with another account.” No I don’t have another Apple ID. Apple support isn’t helping at all so don’t say tell apple.
