App full removal

Hi I don’t want to just delete app from the homepage but to delete from the actual phone and iPad memory. Can anyone help please

If you have Screen Time enabled, go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases and change Deleting Apps to Allow.

Then try deleting the app again.
