when we try to purchase the microsoft 365 office family pack, it says error, regardless of the valid email accounts we try, it continues to say error, and we cant update and purchase the microsoft office pack, and therefore cant use word excel powerpoint etc

If you are having issues acquiring a license sold via Apple, remove any add-on VPN client apps, restart whatever you are using, and try again.

ever since we updated our new software on our imac, "monteray" we are unable to use the apps, word, excel, powerpoint
