My iPhone 13 Pro Max is less than a year old, software is up to date and it’s never been work on before. How can I get rid of the error message?

Since your iPhone 13 Pro Max was purchased less than a year ago, then it should still be covered under Apple’s 1YR Limited Warranty. Take advantage of the warranty and have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and a resolution.
