This is a user to user forum and Apple is not here. For service issues, you need to go to an Apple store or Apple authorized service center. We can’t help you with this.

Dear sir,

I Purchase a mobile iphone12 in 03/03/ 2021 .I never got any issue in this mobile .

Now jan 2023 My phone speaker not working properly .I gave it your ajmer service centre .They rejected my request and mention third party issue .Pleas open case .According to your commitment if iphone 12 is in manufacuring is 2021 and issue comes realted to speaker .then your company will repair without any cost but your service centre did not service my mobile without any cost .please sent my complaint to your managing director details below mentioned
