Some Chinese song get stuck at the first lyric when using Apple TV 2022 to play in Apple Music

For help with Apple Music lyrics on the Apple TV test a normal restart of your Apple TV. The steps below found in the article here will assist: Restart Apple TV - Apple Support

"Restart Apple TV

Do any of the following:

• Press and hold both the Back  (Siri Remote 2nd generation or later) or  (Siri Remote 1st generation) and TV   buttons on the Siri Remote until the Apple TV status light blinks rapidly.
• Disconnect Apple TV from the power outlet, wait five seconds, then reconnect it.
• Open Settings  on Apple TV, go to System and select Restart."

Unfortunately, even I tried restart my Apple TV 2022 & even reset it, the issue didn't resolve, also today I installed the latest tvOS update 16.3.1 (20k661), the issue still exists...so frustrated that I can't use Apple Music Sing right now if the lyric is freezing :(

Since I bought Apple TV 2022 in Hong Kong but now I'm living in China Mainland, which doesn't have any official Apple TV Support; So could you plz leave me an email to reach out Apple Support or maybe you can help us to escalate this issue?
